Is there an exam at the end of the training?

No. This is a non-certification course with no exam. Your learning is reinforced through practical AWS exercises during the programme rather than a formal test.

What certificate do I receive?

You receive a Course Completion Certificate from Invensis Learning after completing the one-day programme. It recognises that you have completed hands-on AWS DevOps skills training.

How is learning assessed during the programme?

Course Content

What topics does the AWS DevOps training cover?

The six modules cover DevOps culture and the AWS ecosystem, source control and CI with CodeCommit and CodeBuild, continuous delivery with CodeDeploy and CodePipeline, infrastructure as code with CloudFormation and the AWS CDK, containers with Amazon ECS and EKS, and monitoring, DevSecOps and continuous improvement.

Which AWS services will I learn to use?

You will work with CodeCommit, CodeBuild, CodeDeploy and CodePipeline, CloudFormation and the AWS CDK, Amazon ECR, ECS and EKS, Amazon CloudWatch and X-Ray, plus IAM and Secrets Manager for DevSecOps.

Are the sessions hands-on or theory-based?

They are hands-on. The instructor demonstrates each service while you follow along in the AWS Console and CLI, building pipelines, templates, deployments and dashboards through practical exercises across the day.

Is the course suitable for beginners?

Yes. There are no formal prerequisites and each AWS DevOps service is introduced from first principles. Some basic AWS and command line familiarity helps, but the step-by-step exercises support learners who are newer to the platform.
