    What topics does the Foundation level cover?

    Foundation covers 14 topic areas, including what business analysis is, strategy analysis, investigation techniques, stakeholder management, process and requirements modelling, business cases and delivering the solution.

    What does the Practitioner level cover?

    Practitioner covers 7 applied topic areas, from strategic context and current-situation analysis to stakeholder management, business activity modelling, identifying solutions and building the business case, all assessed through scenarios.

    Do I need business analysis experience for the content?

    No. The programme starts from foundational concepts and builds to applied practice, so beginners and career changers can follow it while experienced staff formalise their knowledge.

    You receive EXIN BCS aligned courseware, industry case studies, practice questions and mock exams for both the Foundation and Practitioner levels.

    How long is the programme?
