How long is the BPM training?

The programme runs for one day (eight hours) and covers all six BPM modules, from foundations and the lifecycle through BPMN 2.0 modelling, analysis, redesign, governance and BPM technology, with hands-on exercises throughout.

What will I learn in the BPM training?

You learn to map processes in BPMN 2.0, run the full BPM lifecycle, analyse processes for waste and delay, measure performance with KPIs, redesign and standardise workflows, and set up process ownership and governance. Every topic is applied through exercises.

Does the course cover BPMN 2.0 process modelling?

Yes. A full module covers BPMN 2.0, including flow objects, gateways, sequence and message flows, pools and swimlanes, and building an as-is and to-be model from a process description through hands-on practice.

What is the BPM lifecycle covered in the course?

The BPM lifecycle has six phases: identify, model, analyse, design, implement and monitor or optimise. The course walks you through each phase as a continuous improvement cycle, not a one-off project.

Does BPM training include Lean and Six Sigma?

BPM provides the end-to-end framework for managing and improving processes, while Lean and Six Sigma supply specific improvement tools used within it. The course shows how they fit together and how BPM supports ISO 9001 and digital transformation.

Will I work on real process examples?

Yes. The training is built around hands-on exercises: modelling processes from descriptions, analysing them for waste, and redesigning them. In corporate sessions, teams can model their own real processes for immediate organisational value.
