Frequently Asked QuestionsHere's everything you may ask...

It is a one-day, non-certification skills course that builds practical BPM capability. You cover the full BPM lifecycle, from process identification and BPMN 2.0 modelling through analysis, redesign, measurement and continuous improvement, with hands-on exercises throughout.

    General

What is the Business Process Management training?

It is a one-day, non-certification skills course that builds practical BPM capability. You cover the full BPM lifecycle, from process identification and BPMN 2.0 modelling through analysis, redesign, measurement and continuous improvement, with hands-on exercises throughout.

Who should attend this BPM training in Mozambique?

It suits business analysts, process owners, operations and quality managers, IT professionals and change practitioners in any sector. Anyone responsible for designing, running or improving a business process will benefit, and no prior BPM experience is needed.

    Is this a certification course?

No. This is a practical skills programme with no exam and no formal credential. There is no single governing body for the BPM discipline. On completion you receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning that confirms your attendance and learning.

Is BPM training worth it for my career in Mozambique?

Yes. As banks, telecoms operators, energy projects and public bodies standardise and automate their operations, people who can map, analyse and redesign processes are in growing demand for roles from business process analyst to operations and continuous improvement manager.

What standards and frameworks does the training follow?

The course is grounded in BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Model and Notation), the international modelling standard ISO/IEC 19510 maintained by the Object Management Group, along with the ABPMP BPM Common Body of Knowledge (CBOK) and the ISO 9001:2015 process approach.

    Pricing

How much does the BPM training cost in Mozambique?

Fees vary by delivery format, group size and schedule, so pricing is available on request. Live virtual, onsite and corporate options are all priced individually. Request a quote and a learning advisor will share the current options for Mozambique.

What is included in the course fee?

The fee covers instructor-led training across all six BPM modules, hands-on modelling and analysis exercises, course materials, learner support and a course completion record from Invensis Learning. Ask us for the full inclusions when you request a quote.

Do you offer group or corporate pricing?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for teams and departments. This is often the best value when several colleagues need the skills together. Contact us for a tailored group quote.

Are there discounts for teams in Mozambique?

Group and corporate rates are available for teams, and onsite delivery can be cost-effective when you train several people at once. Talk to a learning advisor about the right option and pricing for your organisation.

How do I pay for the training?

We accept common payment methods and can arrange corporate invoicing for group bookings. Speak with our team to confirm the payment options that apply to your enrolment and region.

    Assessment

Is there an exam for this BPM course?

No. This is a non-certification course with no examination. Your learning is reinforced through practical BPMN 2.0 modelling exercises, process analysis workshops and group discussion during the day, rather than a formal test.

Will I get a certificate after the training?

You receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning once you complete the programme. It confirms your participation and the skills covered. It is not a formal certification or credential from an external awarding body, because the BPM discipline has none.

How is learning checked during the course?

There is no formal assessment. Instead you apply BPM techniques as you go, modelling processes, analysing them for waste and planning a redesign, so you leave able to use the skills immediately rather than simply recall theory.

Do I need prior experience or qualifications?

No. The course has no prerequisites and introduces BPM from first principles. Some familiarity with business operations helps, but the training is designed to be accessible to anyone who works with or manages processes.

What will I be able to do after the training?

You will be able to map processes in BPMN 2.0, analyse them to find waste and bottlenecks, apply redesign principles, define process KPIs, and set up process ownership and governance, ready to plan and support real improvements at work.

    Course Content

What topics does the BPM training cover?

The programme spans six modules: BPM foundations, the BPM lifecycle, business process modelling with BPMN 2.0, process analysis and performance measurement, process design, redesign and governance, and BPM technology, automation and continuous improvement.

What is BPMN 2.0 and will I learn it?

Yes. BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Model and Notation) is the international standard for process modelling, defined as ISO/IEC 19510 and maintained by the Object Management Group. You learn its core elements and practise turning process descriptions into clear swimlane diagrams.

    How long is the training?

The programme runs for one day, around eight hours, and can also be delivered as two half-days. It covers all six modules with concept explanations, BPMN 2.0 modelling exercises and process analysis and redesign workshops throughout.

Does the course cover automation, BPMS and RPA?

Yes. You explore how Business Process Management Systems and Robotic Process Automation fit into the BPM lifecycle, how to identify automation-ready tasks, and why a well modelled process must come before any automation effort.

How does BPM relate to Lean and Six Sigma?

BPM provides the end-to-end framework for identifying, modelling, governing and improving processes, while Lean and Six Sigma supply specific improvement tools applied within it. They are complementary, and this training gives you the process management foundation.

    Enrollment

How do I enrol in the BPM training?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website or by contacting our team. Choose your preferred format and schedule, confirm your booking, and you receive joining details and course materials. Talk to a learning advisor if you need help choosing.

What training formats are available in Mozambique?

The course is available as online (live virtual) instructor-led training, onsite classroom sessions, and customised corporate group training. You can pick the format that best fits your schedule and your team's location across Mozambique.

When are the next BPM training sessions?

We run scheduled sessions regularly and can arrange dedicated dates for corporate groups. See upcoming schedules on the website or speak with a learning advisor to find the session that suits you best.

    Can I reschedule my enrolment?

Yes. Flexible options let you reschedule or transfer to another session where needed. Contact our support team ahead of your date and we will help you move to a batch that works for you.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our published policy. Reach out to our team for the details that apply to your booking, and we will guide you through the options.
