    The course covers six modules across the full DMADV methodology: DFSS foundations, the Define phase with VOC and Kano, the Measure phase with CTQ flow-down and QFD, the Analyse phase with concept selection and DFMEA, the Design phase with robust design, and the Verify phase.

    What is the DMADV roadmap?

    DMADV is the most widely used DFSS roadmap and stands for Define, Measure, Analyse, Design and Verify. It guides you from customer requirements through measurable CTQs, concept selection and robust design to verifying performance before launch.

    Which DFSS tools will I learn to use?

    You will practise Voice of the Customer capture, the Kano model, CTQ flow-down, Quality Function Deployment (the House of Quality), the Pugh selection matrix, Design FMEA, robust design and the P-diagram, and design verification and validation.

    How long is the Design for Six Sigma training?

    The programme runs for one day, totalling eight hours. It can also be delivered as two half-day sessions of four hours each, covering all six DMADV phases with hands-on exercises throughout.

    Are there hands-on exercises or is it theory only?
