    How long is the Kaizen Training?

    The course runs for one day, totalling eight hours. It can be delivered as a full day or split into two half-days, covering all six modules with concept explanations, real-world examples and hands-on simulation.

    Does the course include hands-on practice?

    Yes. Hands-on workshop simulation exercises run throughout the day, so you plan and practise elements of a Kaizen event using realistic process scenarios rather than only learning the theory.

    What Lean tools will I learn?

    You learn the PDCA cycle, Gemba walks, the eight wastes, 5 Whys and Fishbone analysis, 5S, standard work, spaghetti diagrams, time observation and the Kaizen newspaper for tracking follow-up actions.

    How does Kaizen relate to Value Stream Mapping and Lean Six Sigma?

    Value Stream Mapping identifies where improvement is needed, and Kaizen events deliver the improvements at those points. Kaizen events are also used in the Improve and Control phases of Lean Six Sigma DMAIC projects, so the disciplines are complementary.
