Practical Tools for Real Projects
This Green Belt programme builds practical command of the five DMAIC phases, core Six Sigma statistics and Lean tools. By the end, you can scope an improvement project, measure and analyse performance, deliver change and control the gains.
Skills covered in the Green Belt start here: build a business case and project charter, capture voice of the customer, identify critical-to-quality characteristics and frame the problem using the Y equals f(x) approach.
Map processes with SIPOC and value stream maps, apply descriptive statistics, run measurement system analysis and assess process capability so improvement is based on evidence, not opinion.
Use multi-vari analysis, inferential statistics and hypothesis testing, including t-tests, ANOVA and chi-squared, to separate real causes of variation from noise across normal and non-normal data.
Apply simple and multiple regression and to test changes, then use Lean tools to remove the seven wastes and deliver measurable, sustainable improvement.
Sustain results using control charts such as I-MR, Xbar-R, P and U charts, plus control plans, so improvements hold over time and do not quietly slip back.
Integrate 5S, Kanban, poka-yoke and value stream mapping inside the DMAIC framework to standardise work, mistake-proof processes and keep flow efficient.

"Training was good and informative. Sathish is an amazing trainer. Thanks. "
"Instructor is well aware of the subject and made the training tailored to my experience. Recommended :) "
"Applied to real life examples well and feel comfortable with the material"
"very customer focused agile way of training. Knowledgable , well prepared and customer focused trainer( Pritesh)"
"In terms of content, all good. But poor time management. Time expected for breaks was never compliant (ie. if teacher said he was taking 10 mins break, it ended up being 20. For 50 mins break, teacher was showing up AT least 10-15 mins late...) Also, during second day I asked one question about a test and teacher seem disappointed for me to ask and gave me a whole speech of me not retaining all information while reading (after hours of exhausted training) also letting me know people who does not focus tend to have Low IQ... Also, having to spend time just waiting for teacher to end notes that I guess it should have been ready already for the lesson (at least, if the teacher is expecting for the alum to memorize and know everything at once) "
"Great traininer and material."
"Good training from Pritesh Shah"
"The Instructor. (Sathish Kumar) He delivers the content that are easy to understand. "
