What is the format of the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam is open book, with 56 questions and sub-questions worth 70 marks, taken over 150 minutes. The pass mark is 60%, which is 42 out of 70 marks. It is scenario based and tests how you apply and tailor PRINCE2.

What are the passing scores for both exams?

Both exams require 60% to pass. That is 36 out of 60 questions for Foundation, and 42 out of 70 marks for Practitioner. You must sit and pass both to hold both credentials.

Where can I take the PRINCE2 exams from Manila?

You can take both exams online through the PeopleCert OnVUE proctoring system, available 24/7, or at a PeopleCert authorised test centre. Exams are usually arranged through your accredited training package.

What are the prerequisites for the PRINCE2 exams?

PRINCE2 Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all. Practitioner requires PRINCE2 Foundation, or an accepted equivalent such as PMP, CAPM or IPMA Level A to D. Verify current accepted equivalents with PeopleCert.
