    The programme covers DFSS foundations and the DMADV roadmap, the Define phase (VOC and Kano), the Measure phase (CTQ flow-down and QFD), the Analyse phase (concept selection and DFMEA), the Design phase (robust design and DFMA) and the Verify phase (verification, validation and design transfer).

    What will I be able to do after completing it?

    You will be able to apply DMADV to a design project, capture VOC with the Kano model, translate needs into CTQs, build a QFD House of Quality, use the Pugh matrix, run a Design FMEA, apply robust design and plan design verification and transfer.
