What topics does the course cover?

The course covers a practical five-module syllabus: project management concepts, project influences, the role of the project manager, the project management cycle, and an Agile projects overview. Across these you learn to plan and control scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, risk and stakeholders.

The training runs over two days (16 hours) of interactive, instructor-led sessions, available as live virtual or onsite delivery. It combines lectures, discussions and hands-on exercises so you can apply the concepts to real project situations.

Does the course cover Agile as well as predictive project management?

Yes. Alongside predictive (plan-based) methods, the course includes an overview of Agile frameworks, covering Agile release planning and the Scrum process in brief, plus an introduction to business-analysis approaches, so you understand how different delivery styles fit different projects.
