    How much does the PMI-ACP exam cost?

    PMI bills the exam fee in USD (for reference, around USD 435 for members and USD 495 for non-members; confirm current fees at pmi.org). PMI membership, about USD 139 per year, can lower the exam cost and gives access to resources such as the Agile Practice Guide.

    Is the exam fee included in the training price?

    No. The PMI exam fee is paid separately to PMI and is not part of the training fee. Your training with Invensis Learning covers instruction, courseware and exam preparation.

    What if I do not pass the exam on my first attempt?

    You have up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period. Our training includes mock exams, domain-by-domain practice and revision support to prepare you thoroughly, and you can review weak areas before rescheduling with PMI.

    What is the format of the PMI-ACP exam?

    The PMI-ACP exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice examination based on the PMI-ACP Examination Content Outline. Questions are distributed across seven agile domains and delivered online-proctored via Pearson VUE OnVUE or at a Pearson VUE test centre.

    How many questions are on the PMI-ACP exam?

    The exam has 120 questions and an allotted time of three hours. It covers seven agile domains, from Agile Principles and Mindset through to Continuous Improvement, per the Examination Content Outline.

    What is the passing score for the PMI-ACP exam?

    PMI uses a psychometrically determined passing score that is not published as a fixed number. Results are reported as pass or fail with domain-level feedback, so aim for broad mastery across all seven domains.

    Which version of the PMI-ACP exam does the course follow?

    The course is aligned to the PMI-ACP Examination Content Outline published in January 2018, which remains the current ECO. It draws on recognised agile references including the Agile Practice Guide and the Scrum Guide.

    Can a beginner take the PMI-ACP training?

    You can attend the training at any experience level, and it fully covers the syllabus with hands-on practice. To sit the PMI-ACP exam, however, PMI requires agile and general project experience, so the credential itself suits practising professionals.

    What topics are covered in the PMI-ACP training?

    The training covers all seven agile domains: Agile Principles and Mindset, Value-Driven Delivery, Stakeholder Engagement, Team Performance, Adaptive Planning, Problem Detection and Resolution, and Continuous Improvement, across Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP and TDD.

    Does the training satisfy PMI's 21 contact-hour requirement?

    Yes. The programme provides 24 contact hours of agile education, which exceeds and fully satisfies PMI's mandatory 21 contact-hour prerequisite for the PMI-ACP exam application.

    Are practice tests and mock exams included?

    Yes. The programme includes practice questions, full-length mock exams and topic-wise quizzes aligned to the 120-question format, helping you identify weak areas and build exam readiness.

    Will I receive a certificate for completing the training?

    Yes. After meeting the course requirements you receive a course completion certificate confirming the 24 contact hours earned, which you can use toward your PMI-ACP exam application.

    What are the eligibility requirements for the PMI-ACP?

    Anyone can enrol in the training. To earn the PMI-ACP, PMI requires a secondary degree, 2,000 hours of general project experience in the last five years, 1,500 hours of agile experience in the last three years, and 21 contact hours of agile training.

    What training formats are available?
