    Who should take Microsoft Project training in Bulgaria?

    It suits project managers, coordinators, planners, PMO analysts and team leads who plan or report on projects. Anyone moving from spreadsheets to structured scheduling, or building on existing MS Project experience, will benefit from the course.

    Is Microsoft Project training worth it?

    Yes. MS Project fluency is a listed requirement for many project roles across Bulgaria's IT, outsourcing and construction sectors, where project managers earn around 31,000 euro on average and senior roles more. The skills apply from your very next project plan.

    Do I need prior experience to take the course?

    For Fundamentals, no. Basic familiarity with Windows and Microsoft Office helps but is not required. For the Advanced level, you should have completed Fundamentals or have equivalent hands-on Microsoft Project experience.

    Should I take the Fundamentals or Advanced level?

    Choose Fundamentals if you are new to or an occasional user of Microsoft Project. Choose Advanced if you already use it and want resource levelling, Earned Value, custom reports and multi-project management. You can take either level alone or both in sequence.

    Do I need to buy Microsoft Project software separately?

    Yes. Microsoft Project is a separate Microsoft product, so you should have it installed and accessible before training. Check with us whether a trial licence is provided or whether you need to arrange your own licence.

    Is there an exam for Microsoft Project training?

    No. This is a non-certification, skills-based course with no examination at either level. Learning is reinforced through hands-on exercises in the software throughout the programme.

    Do I receive a certificate after the training?

    Yes. You receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning after completing the programme. It recognises your participation and the practical Microsoft Project skills you have built.

    How are the skills assessed during the course?

    There is no formal assessment. Instead, you build proficiency through guided, hands-on exercises using realistic project scenarios, applying each feature in Microsoft Project as the trainer demonstrates it.

    Will the training prepare me to use MS Project at work?

    Course Content

    What will I learn in Microsoft Project training?

    You learn to set up projects, build a work breakdown structure, link tasks and read the critical path, assign and level resources, set baselines, track progress, manage costs and Earned Value, and build custom views and reports.

    What does the Fundamentals level cover?

    Fundamentals runs over 2 days (16 hours) and covers project setup and calendars, task scheduling, dependencies and the critical path, work, material and cost resources, baseline setting, progress tracking and built-in reports.

    What does the Advanced level cover?

    Advanced runs over 3 days (24 hours) and covers advanced scheduling and task types, resource pools and levelling, cost management and Earned Value, custom fields, views and reports, master projects and cross-project dependencies, and what-if scenario planning.

    Is the training hands-on?

    Yes. Every module is delivered with live Microsoft Project exercises using realistic project scenarios. You follow along in the software as the trainer demonstrates each feature, building real proficiency through practice.

    What learning materials are provided?

    You receive structured courseware, guided exercises, downloadable project templates and reference materials that support your learning during the course and serve as a reference when you apply the skills at work.

    How do I enrol in Microsoft Project training?

    What training formats are available?
