    Will the skills expire or need renewal?

    No. The kaizen skills you learn do not expire and need no renewal. Once trained, you can plan improvement events, lead daily improvement and build a Kaizen roadmap for your team indefinitely.

    What will I learn in Kaizen training?

    You will learn the Kaizen philosophy and PDCA cycle, how to plan and facilitate a Kaizen event, Gemba observation, the eight wastes of Lean, 5S, standard work, spaghetti diagrams and the Kaizen newspaper, plus how to sustain gains after the event.
