What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam is open book and scenario-based, with five sections each worth 16 marks, 80 marks in total, over 2.5 hours. The pass mark is 50 percent, meaning 40 out of 80 marks. The Change Management Practitioner Guide is permitted.

How many exams are in the combined programme?

Two separate exams. You sit and pass the Foundation exam first, then the Practitioner exam. You must pass both to hold both credentials. The 40-hour combined programme prepares you for each level in sequence.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

The Change Management Practitioner Guide is permitted during the exam, but the scenario questions require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep method knowledge are both essential to pass.
