Change Management Foundation and Practitioner (CM-F&P) certification training in Cologne is a combined programme that teaches you how to lead the people and culture side of organisational change. Foundation validates your knowledge of change management concepts and models, while Practitioner proves you can apply them to real change scenarios. The course is grounded in the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) from the Change Management Institute and the current Change Management Practitioner Guide. Across five syllabus areas, you work with proven frameworks including ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model, the McKinsey 7-S Framework and Bridges' Transition Model. In Cologne, where insurers, broadcasters, automotive plants and logistics groups are running large transformation and digital programmes, professionals who can guide people through change are increasingly in demand. Earn both credentials with Invensis Learning and move into higher-value change roles across the Rhineland.
