Why Stuttgart Employers Need Certified Scrum Masters

    The Software-Defined Vehicle Race

Mercedes-Benz invests around 3 billion euros a year in software and OEMs are rebuilding around software-defined vehicles, work that runs on Scrum and needs certified Scrum Masters to keep teams delivering.

CSM builds Scrum framework and facilitation skills

    Hybrid Agile and Regulation

Automotive software must satisfy safety standards while staying agile, so many Stuttgart teams run hybrid agile-waterfall models that demand a Scrum Master who can facilitate cleanly inside that complexity.

CSM builds servant-leadership and event facilitation

Scaling Agile Across Tier 1 Suppliers

Bosch, Vector, ETAS and other suppliers are expanding agile delivery, but scaling Scrum consistently across many teams requires facilitators grounded in the same framework and values.

CSM standardises Scrum practice across teams

    Scrum Master Talent Shortage

Stuttgart's engineering talent pool is deep, but skilled, certified Scrum Masters are scarcer. A recognised credential helps you stand out to employers competing for the same agile talent.

CSM makes certified facilitators stand out

From Engineering Culture to Agile Mindset

Long-established engineering cultures do not adopt Scrum overnight. Organisations need Scrum Masters who can coach the mindset shift, not just run the ceremonies, to make agile stick.

CSM builds coaching and change skills

    AI and the Mobility Pivot

As AI and connected mobility reshape how Stuttgart teams collaborate, employers value Scrum Masters who can keep cross-functional teams focused, transparent and adaptive through constant change.

CSM prepares you to lead evolving teams

Scrum Skills You Will BuildFacilitation, Coaching and Delivery

This CSM programme builds the practical Scrum Master capability behind the credential. By the end, you can facilitate Scrum events, coach a self-managing team, and apply the framework and its values in real delivery, all aligned to the current Scrum Guide.

    Scrum Theory and Empiricism

The skills covered in CSM start with the foundations: apply empirical process control and the three pillars of transparency, inspection and adaptation to guide complex work, and see why Scrum fits complex problems better than predictive delivery.

    Living the Five Scrum Values

Put Commitment, Focus, Openness, Respect and Courage into practice, and learn how modelling these values builds the trust and psychological safety that make Scrum teams effective.

    Facilitating the Five Scrum Events

Run Sprint Planning, the Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Sprint Retrospective within the Sprint, respecting every timebox, and protect the team's focus so each event stays productive.

    Managing the Three Scrum Artifacts

Work with the Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog and Increment, and apply their commitments, the Product Goal, Sprint Goal and Definition of Done, to keep the work transparent and outcome-focused.

    Coaching the Scrum Team

Understand the Scrum Master, Product Owner and Developers as complementary accountabilities, and coach self-management and cross-functionality so the team owns how it delivers value.

    Servant Leadership and Impediment Removal

Lead as a servant leader across the three service areas, the team, the Product Owner and the organisation, using facilitation and coaching techniques to remove impediments and enable delivery.
