    Do I need to pass an assessment to complete the course?

    No formal assessment is required. Learning is reinforced through hands-on Kanban design exercises, case examples and team discussion during the day, so you apply concepts to realistic scenarios rather than sit a test.

    What do I receive after completing the training?

    You receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning, along with practical Kanban skills you can apply immediately to design pull systems, run boards with WIP limits, and measure flow.

    Does this course lead to a formal credential?

    No. Kanban training is a practical skills programme, not a credential course. There is no external awarding body. You finish with a course completion record from Invensis Learning and workflow capability you can use straight away.

    How is my learning reinforced during the course?

    How long is the Kanban training?

    The course runs for one day (eight hours) and can also be delivered as two half-days. It covers all six Kanban modules, from pull production and manufacturing kanban through boards, WIP limits, flow metrics and implementation.

    What topics does the Kanban course cover?

    Six modules: the origins and pull philosophy of Kanban; manufacturing kanban types and mechanics; kanban sizing and implementation; knowledge-work boards and WIP limits; flow metrics and the Cumulative Flow Diagram; and implementing and sustaining Kanban.

    Will I learn manufacturing kanban or Agile Kanban?

    Both. The course spans manufacturing kanban (pull production, supermarkets, sizing and the six kanban rules) and Agile Kanban for software, IT and services (boards, WIP limits, classes of service, Scrumban and Kanban within SAFe).

    Are there hands-on exercises in the course?

    Yes. You practise push versus pull identification, kanban quantity calculation, kanban loop design for a production scenario, Agile board design for a software or IT scenario, WIP limit setting, and Cumulative Flow Diagram interpretation.

    What learning materials are provided?

    You get structured courseware for all six modules, real-world manufacturing and service case examples, practical templates for boards and pull systems, and reference material to apply Kanban after the training.
