    What are the PMI-CP exam domains and their weights?

    The exam covers four domains per the official ECO: Contracts Management (50%), Stakeholder Engagement (30%), Strategy and Scope Management (15%), and Project Governance (5%). Contracts Management is the largest, reflecting the priorities of real construction delivery.

    Do I need to complete the four prerequisite modules?

    Yes. All candidates must complete the four self-paced PMI-CP modules before applying, in any order: Project Communications, Interface Management, Scope and Change Order Management, and Contract and Risk Management. Each is a 6 to 10 hour commitment and awards 14 PDUs, for 56 PDUs in total.

    Are practice tests and mock exams included?

    Yes. The programme includes practice questions and full-length mock exams aligned to the 120-question, 230-minute closed-book format, plus topic-wise quizzes to help you identify weak areas and build exam readiness.

    Is the courseware aligned to the current syllabus?

    Yes. The courseware is aligned to the current PMI-CP Examination Content Outline and the PMBOK Guide, so you prepare against the standard and domains PMI actually tests.

    Can I take this without a formal construction PM title?

    Yes. Construction project management experience is defined broadly as overseeing scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety and stakeholders on construction projects, and is not limited to a formal PM title. The training suits site engineers and managers moving into project management.

    What are the eligibility requirements for the PMI-CP exam?

    You must complete the four prerequisite modules and meet one of three sets: a secondary diploma with 60 months of construction PM experience; a bachelor's degree with 36 months; or a GAC-accredited degree with 24 months. All experience must be within the past 10 years, plus 35 contact hours of PM education.

    How do I enrol in the PMI-CP course?

    What training formats are available?

    We offer online (live virtual) instructor-led training, classroom training, and customised corporate group training, so you can choose the format that fits your schedule and how you like to learn.

    Does this training meet the 35 contact hours requirement?

    The instructor-led programme provides 32 contact hours, which is close to but below the 35 contact hours of PM education PMI requires. Ask our team whether supplementary self-study or pre-reading is credited toward the 35-hour requirement for your application.

    Can I reschedule to another batch?

    Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch, and selected plans let you attend the training twice. Contact support to arrange this before your session.
