    Run structured identification workshops using brainstorming, the Delphi technique, SWOT and assumption analysis. Record risks clearly in the risk register and validate it for completeness across all project areas.

    Analyze Risk Qualitatively and Quantitatively

    Apply the probability and impact matrix, then use quantitative methods such as Monte Carlo simulation, decision trees, sensitivity analysis and expected monetary value to prioritize the risks that matter most.
