    Yes. You practise the key tools on realistic product and process design scenarios, including a VOC to CTQ flow-down, a QFD House of Quality, a Pugh concept selection matrix and a Design FMEA worksheet, so the learning is applied rather than theoretical.

    Which design-quality tools will I learn?

    You learn Voice of the Customer capture, the Kano model, CTQ flow-down, Quality Function Deployment, the Pugh matrix, Design FMEA, robust design with the P-diagram and Taguchi thinking, and design verification and validation.

    Do I need software for the course?

    No specialist software is required. The course covers Design of Experiments at awareness level and notes where tools such as Minitab support statistical analysis in DFSS projects, but the training focuses on the methodology and tools themselves.
