    The PMI-CP exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice paper with 120 scored questions, completed in 230 minutes (3 hours 50 minutes). It is delivered online through Pearson VUE OnVUE proctoring or at a Pearson VUE test center, and is based on the PMI-CP Examination Content Outline.

    What are the four PMI-CP exam domains and their weights?

    The PMI-CP exam has four domains per the official ECO: Contracts Management (50%), Stakeholder Engagement (30%), Strategy and Scope Management (15%) and Project Governance (5%). Contracts management is the largest, reflecting how central contracts are to construction delivery.

    What is the passing score for the PMI-CP exam?

    PMI uses a psychometrically determined passing score that is not published as a fixed number. Results are reported as pass or fail with domain-level feedback of Above Target, Target, Below Target or Needs Improvement, so aim for broad mastery across all four domains.

    Does this training meet the PMI-CP education requirement?

    The instructor-led program provides 32 contact hours, which is close to but below the 35 contact hours of project management education PMI requires. Ask your learning advisor how supplementary self-study or pre-reading can be credited toward the full 35-hour requirement.
