    How long is the PMI-CP exam?

    You have 230 minutes, which is 3 hours and 50 minutes, to complete the 120 questions. The exam covers four domains: Contracts Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Strategy and Scope Management, and Project Governance.

    What are the prerequisites for the PMI-CP exam?

    You must complete four mandatory self-paced PMI modules (56 PDUs total) and meet one experience set: high school diploma plus 60 months construction PM experience, a bachelor's degree plus 36 months, or a GAC-accredited degree plus 24 months, each with 35 contact hours of PM education.

    What if I do not pass the PMI-CP exam the first time?

    PMI allows up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period. Our training focuses on the four domains and scenario practice to prepare you thoroughly, and re-examination fees apply to later attempts. Confirm current fees at pmi.org.

    How long is the PMI-CP certification valid?
