    The CAPM exam has 150 questions and you have three hours (180 minutes) to complete it. It is a closed-book, multiple-choice exam with single-answer and multiple-answer question formats.

    What happens if I do not pass the CAPM the first time?

    You get up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period from application approval. Our prep, mock exams and first-attempt guidance are designed to help you pass, and you can retake the exam if needed. Reexamination fees apply to later attempts.

    Where can I take the CAPM exam?

    You can take the CAPM exam online through Pearson VUE's OnVUE online proctoring from home or office, or at a Pearson VUE test center. Scheduling is done through PMI's portal or the Pearson VUE website.
