You gain practical, exam-ready skills you can apply from day one.

    Project Management Fundamentals

Master the core concepts that anchor the CAPM: project, program and portfolio differences, project lifecycles, roles and responsibilities, the project charter, and PMI's guiding principles. This is the largest domain of the current CAPM exam.

    Predictive, Plan-Based Delivery

    Business Analysis Frameworks

Build the business analysis skills the CAPM emphasizes: needs assessment, requirements elicitation and traceability, modeling, and solution evaluation, so you can connect project work to real business outcomes.

    Exam-Ready Confidence

Practice against the real format of 150 questions in 3 hours with mock exams and quizzes mapped to the 2023 CAPM Examination Content Outline, so you walk into the exam knowing what to expect.

    Applying Fundamentals at Work
