    The CAPM exam has 150 multiple-choice questions and lasts three hours (180 minutes). It is a closed-book exam based on the CAPM Examination Content Outline effective 2023.

    Where can I take the CAPM exam?

    You can take the exam online through Pearson VUE's OnVUE proctoring or at a Pearson VUE test center. Scheduling is done through PMI's portal or the Pearson VUE website.

    Is there a fixed passing score for the CAPM?

    PMI does not publish a fixed passing score. Results are set through psychometric analysis and reported with performance feedback across the four CAPM domains, so aim for broad mastery of all four.

    How many attempts do I get and what if I do not pass?

    You get up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period. A reexamination fee applies to later attempts, and our trainers provide guidance and practice to help you pass the first time.
