What is included in the CAPM training fee?

The fee typically includes PMI-aligned courseware, expert-led sessions, practice questions, mock exams, and learner support, plus the 23 hours of education CAPM requires. Request a quote for current pricing and inclusions.

How much does the CAPM exam cost?

For reference, PMI charges around USD 225 for members and USD 300 for non-members; verify current fees at pmi.org. The exam fee is paid to PMI separately and is not part of the training fee.

Is the exam fee included in the course price?

No. The CAPM exam fee is billed by PMI separately. PMI membership, about USD 139 a year, can reduce the exam fee and gives access to the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition. Ask an advisor about current inclusions.

How many questions are on the CAPM exam and how long is it?

The CAPM exam has 150 multiple-choice questions and lasts three hours (180 minutes). It is a closed-book exam based on the CAPM Examination Content Outline effective 2023.

Where can I take the CAPM exam?

You can take the exam online through Pearson VUE's OnVUE proctoring or at a Pearson VUE test center. Scheduling is done through PMI's portal or the Pearson VUE website.

Is there a fixed passing score for the CAPM?

PMI does not publish a fixed passing score. Results are set through psychometric analysis and reported with performance feedback across the four CAPM domains, so aim for broad mastery of all four.

How many attempts do I get and what if I do not pass?

You get up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period. A reexamination fee applies to later attempts, and our trainers provide guidance and practice to help you pass the first time.
