    The CAPM exam covers four domains from the 2023 ECO: Project Management Fundamentals and Core Concepts (36%), Predictive Plan-Based Methodologies (17%), Agile Frameworks and Methodologies (20%), and Business Analysis Frameworks (27%). Together they span predictive, agile and hybrid delivery.

    How many questions are on the CAPM exam and how long is it?

    The CAPM exam has 150 multiple-choice questions and a time limit of three hours (180 minutes). It is closed book and includes single-answer and multiple-answer question formats.

    Is there a fixed passing score for the CAPM?

    No. PMI uses a psychometrically determined passing score that is not published as a fixed number. Results are reported as pass or fail with domain-level feedback across the four CAPM domains, so aim for broad mastery of all four.

    Where can I take the CAPM exam?

    You can take the CAPM exam online through Pearson VUE OnVUE online proctoring, or in person at a Pearson VUE test center. Both options are available to candidates in Oklahoma City and are scheduled through PMI and Pearson VUE.
