Why Change Management Skills Are in Demand in Bern

    Banking Consolidation at Scale

The UBS and Credit Suisse integration is the largest transformation Swiss finance has faced in a generation, creating sustained demand for change specialists who can manage people through disruption.

Learn to lead large-scale organisational change

    Public Sector Digital Transformation

The Digital Switzerland Strategy 2024 to 2027 is reshaping federal services based in Bern, yet the people side of change is often the gap that certified practitioners are hired to close.

    Build stakeholder and communication skills

    A Widening Digital Skills Shortage

With 72% of Swiss employers struggling to fill digital roles, change and adoption programmes stall without practitioners who can build capability and sustain new ways of working.

Stand out with a recognised credential

    Pharma and MedTech Change Programmes

Bern employers such as CSL Behring and Ypsomed run drug development, quality and regulatory change programmes that need governed, people-centred change management to succeed.

    Apply structured change practice

    Change Saturation and Resistance

Concurrent transformation programmes overload employees and fuel resistance. Certified change managers assess capacity, manage transition and protect adoption and wellbeing.

    Learn resistance and adoption techniques

    Scarcity of Certified Change Talent

Switzerland has a deep pool of project managers but far fewer credentialed change practitioners, making Foundation and Practitioner holders rare and highly valued.

Turn change skills into career advantage
