    What Our Learners Say

    Untitled

The Step up into a Specialist Risk Role

"The RMP training gave me the structure to move from general project delivery into a specialist risk role. The quantitative analysis sessions on Monte Carlo and decision trees were the most valuable, and the mock exams matched the real exam format closely."

    Passed on My First Attempt

"Clear, practical and well paced. The trainer explained all five domains with real examples from engineering projects, which helped everything click. I passed the PMI-RMP on my first attempt and now apply the risk register discipline every day."

    Katrin Weber

    Practical and Exam Focused

"Strong coverage of risk identification and response planning. The application guidance made documenting my experience for PMI much less daunting. I would have liked a little more time on quantitative tools, but overall an excellent programme."

    Exam

What is the format of the PMI-RMP exam?

The PMI-RMP exam has 115 questions to be completed in 2.5 hours (150 minutes). It is closed book with multiple-choice questions, based on the PMI-RMP Examination Content Outline effective January 2022, and delivered via Pearson VUE.

What are the five PMI-RMP exam domains and their weights?

The current ECO defines five domains: Risk Strategy and Planning (20%), Risk Identification (20%), Risk Analysis (23%), Risk Response (22%) and Monitor and Close Risks (15%). The training covers all five in depth.

What is the passing score for the exam?

PMI uses a psychometrically determined passing score that is not published as a fixed number. Results are reported as pass or fail, with domain-level feedback of Above Target, Target, Below Target or Needs Improvement, so aim for broad mastery across all five domains.

How many attempts do I get if I do not pass first time?

You are permitted up to three attempts within the one-year eligibility period that begins when your application is approved. Reexamination fees apply to the second and third attempts, so plan your preparation and mock exams carefully with our support.

Where can I take the PMI-RMP exam?

You can take the exam online through Pearson VUE's OnVUE proctored system or at a Pearson VUE test centre. Scheduling is done through PMI's portal or the Pearson VUE website within your eligibility window.

Are practice tests and mock exams included?

Yes. The programme includes practice questions and full-length mock exams aligned to the 115-question, 2.5-hour closed-book format, plus topic-wise quizzes to help you identify weak areas and build exam readiness.
