    Who should learn Microsoft Project in Denmark?

    It suits project managers, coordinators, planners, PMO analysts and team leads who plan or track projects. In Denmark it is especially valuable in offshore wind, engineering, shipping, life sciences and IT, where MS Project is the everyday scheduling tool.

    Is there an exam for Microsoft Project training?

    No. This is a non-certification skills course with no examination at either level. Learning is reinforced through live, hands-on Microsoft Project exercises using realistic project scenarios.

    Do I receive a certificate after the training?

    Yes. You receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning after finishing each programme. It recognises completion of the training and the practical skills you have built.

    How is my learning assessed?

    Yes. Microsoft Project skills complement methodology training such as PMP and PRINCE2 preparation, because MS Project is the scheduling tool practitioners use to apply those methods in practice.

    Course Content

    What will I learn in the Fundamentals level?

    Fundamentals covers project setup and calendars, building the work breakdown structure, task dependencies and the critical path, creating and assigning resources, spotting over-allocation, setting baselines, tracking progress and generating built-in reports.

    What does the Advanced level cover?

    Advanced covers task types and advanced scheduling, resource levelling and pooling, cost management and Earned Value, custom fields, views, filters and reports, master projects with cross-project links, and what-if scenario planning.

    Does the course cover Earned Value and resource levelling?

    Yes. The Advanced level covers resource levelling and pooling in depth, and teaches Earned Value metrics such as BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, SPI and CPI so you can measure and report project performance from Microsoft Project.

    Will I learn reporting, custom views and dashboards?

    Yes. You will learn to build custom fields, tables, filters and visual reports, apply RAG status indicators, and export data to Excel, so you can present clear project status without sending raw project files.

    Is the training hands-on?

    Very. Every module is delivered with live exercises in Microsoft Project using realistic project scenarios. You follow along as the trainer demonstrates each feature, building practical proficiency through practice.
