Is there an exam for Primavera P6 training?

No. This is a non-certification skills course with no examination at either level. Learning is reinforced through live, hands-on P6 exercises using realistic project scenarios throughout the training.

Do I get a certificate after the training?

Yes. You receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning after finishing the Fundamentals or Advanced programme. It recognises the training you completed and the practical P6 skills you built.

How is my learning assessed?

There is no formal assessment. Instead, you build proficiency through guided, hands-on exercises in Primavera P6, applying each feature as it is taught so you can use it confidently at work.

What will I be able to do after Fundamentals?

What will I be able to do after Advanced?

What topics does Primavera P6 training cover?

Fundamentals covers the enterprise project structure, activities, relationships, scheduling, the critical path, resources, baselines and progress tracking. Advanced covers resource and cost loading, earned value, baseline management and Claim Digger, multi-project control and custom reporting.

What is the difference between P6 Professional and P6 EPPM?

P6 Professional is the desktop client for single-user scheduling, while P6 EPPM is the web-based enterprise edition for multi-user portfolio, resource and reporting management. The training builds skills that apply across both editions.

Are the sessions hands-on?

Yes. Every module includes live Primavera P6 exercises built on realistic construction and engineering scenarios, so you learn by doing rather than just watching demonstrations.

How long is each level?

Fundamentals runs over 2 days (16 hours) and Advanced over 3 days (24 hours). Both are available as full-day sessions or extended half-day formats; confirm the schedule that suits you when you enrol.

Will I learn earned value management in P6?

Yes, at the Advanced level. You learn to calculate and report BCWS, BCWP and ACWP with SPI, CPI, EAC and TCPI, and to generate earned value S-curves for project performance reporting.
