    What is the format of the ASF exam?

    The EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice examination with single-answer questions. It is based on the EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation Examination Specification, which is aligned to the Scrum Guide and the Agile Manifesto.

    How many questions are on the ASF exam and how long is it?

    The exam has 40 multiple-choice questions and a time limit of 60 minutes (one hour). It is taken closed book.

    What is the passing score for the ASF exam?

    The pass mark is 65%, so you must answer at least 26 of the 40 questions correctly to pass the EXIN Agile Scrum Foundation exam.

    Where can I take the ASF exam?

    You can sit the exam online through EXIN's online proctoring system or at an EXIN accredited test location. It is usually arranged through an EXIN Accredited Training Provider as part of a training and exam bundle.

    What topics does the ASF exam cover?

    The exam covers five topic areas: Agile Way of Thinking (20%), Scrum Practices (30%), Scrum Planning and Estimation (20%), Monitoring Scrum Projects (15%) and Advanced Scrum Concepts (15%).
