Yes. We offer volume-based corporate pricing for teams trained together. Ask about group rates and request a tailored quote for your organisation.

Are there discounts for enrolling a team?

Group rates are available when you train several colleagues together, which is also the most effective way to learn QFD as a cross-functional team. Talk to a learning advisor for details.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major cards and bank transfers, with instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Assessment

Is there an exam for the QFD course?

No. This is a non-certification skills course with no exam. Learning is reinforced through hands-on House of Quality exercises, case studies and team discussion during the programme.

Do I receive a certificate after the course?

You receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning. The course does not award a formal certification; it builds practical QFD skills you can apply straight away.

    How is learning assessed?

There is no formal test. Understanding is built and checked through practical House of Quality construction exercises and team activities run throughout the programme.

How long is the QFD training?

The training runs for one day (8 hours) and covers all six QFD modules. A half-day format delivered over two sessions, also totalling 8 hours, is available for teams that prefer it.

Will I be able to apply QFD immediately?

Yes. By the end you can run a Voice of the Customer workshop, build and interpret a House of Quality, and begin cascading QFD through your own product development work.

    Course Content

What will I learn in the QFD course?

You will learn Voice of the Customer capture, the Kano model, House of Quality construction across its six rooms, the correlation roof, engineering targets, the four-phase QFD cascade, and QFD in DFSS, DMAIC and service design.

What is the House of Quality?

The House of Quality is the central QFD matrix that links customer requirements to measurable engineering characteristics, with a relationship matrix, a correlation roof, competitive benchmarking and engineering targets.

Does the course cover the four phases of QFD?

Yes. It covers the full cascade: product planning, parts deployment, process planning and production planning, so customer requirements stay traceable from need to production control.

    Are there hands-on exercises?

Yes. You build and interpret your own House of Quality from a realistic product or service scenario, and practise VOC structuring, Kano classification and column-importance calculation.

    What materials are provided?

You receive course materials, House of Quality templates and worked examples. In corporate sessions your team can build a House of Quality on one of your own real products.

    Enrollment

How do I enrol in the QFD training?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format and you will receive the schedule, materials and joining details. See upcoming batches to get started.

    What training formats are available?

You can take the Quality Function Deployment course online or in person. We offer online (live virtual) instructor-led training, classroom training and customised corporate on-site delivery, so you can choose the format that fits your schedule.

Can the course be delivered on-site for my team?

Yes. Corporate on-site delivery is available across Indonesia, and it is especially effective because your team can build a House of Quality on a real product during the exercises.

    How soon can I start?

Public batches run regularly, and corporate sessions are scheduled to suit your team. Talk to a learning advisor to find the next available date.

    Can I reschedule my booking?

Yes. Flexible rescheduling is available if your plans change. Contact our support team and we will help you move to another batch.
