What Is the CSM Certification?UntitledYour Entry into Scrum Leadership

The Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is Scrum Alliance's entry-level certification that validates your grasp of the Scrum framework, the Scrum Master role, and the values that make Scrum teams effective. Delivered as instructor-led CSM certification training in Wellington, it gives professionals across the capital's government, technology and financial services teams a globally recognised, Scrum Alliance backed credential. Built around the current Scrum Alliance CSM Learning Objectives and the November 2020 Scrum Guide, the course covers Scrum theory and empiricism, the five Scrum values, the Scrum Team, all five Scrum events and the three artefacts. You learn servant leadership, facilitation and impediment removal so you can lead delivery, not just document it. The programme is led by a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), and completing it unlocks the online CSM exam: 50 questions, 60 minutes, open book, with a 74% pass mark. Passing includes a two-year Scrum Alliance membership. Start your Scrum Master journey with Invensis Learning.

Invensis Learning is aligned with Scrum Alliance to provide CSM certification in Wellington. The training is delivered by Certified Scrum Trainers (CST) using official Scrum Alliance courseware and the CSM Learning Objectives.
