What Is the PRINCE2 Foundation & Practitioner Certification?UntitledA Complete Project Management Pathway

The PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Certification Course is a combined project management qualification that proves you can both understand the PRINCE2 method and apply it to real projects. Invensis Learning's PRINCE2 certification training in Wellington prepares you for both PeopleCert examinations, aligned to the current PRINCE2 7th Edition (2023) syllabus owned by AXELOS. PRINCE2 (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a structured, process-based method built on seven principles, the People capability, seven practices and seven processes. The 8th Edition is not the standard here; PRINCE2 7 is the current version and it introduces leadership, stakeholder engagement, agile and sustainability alongside the classic governance framework. The Foundation level confirms your knowledge of the method, while the Practitioner level shows you can tailor it to a given project scenario. The programme suits aspiring and practising project managers, PMO staff, business analysts and team leaders working across Wellington's public sector, IT services and financial institutions, where structured project governance is widely expected. Delivered in live virtual and corporate formats, the course carries you from study to certified with courseware, practice questions and dual exam preparation. Start your PRINCE2 journey with Invensis Learning and earn a credential employers across the capital recognise.

Invensis Learning is a Peoplecert Accredited Training Organization (2778) in Wellington, approved to deliver official PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Certification training using accredited courseware and standards.

    How soon can I start?

New live online batches run regularly, so you can usually start within a short time of enrolling. Corporate group programmes are scheduled around your team's availability. See upcoming schedules or request a date that suits you.

Can I reschedule or transfer my enrolment to another batch?

Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch, and selected plans include a pass to attend the training twice. Contact support to arrange a change.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Refunds and cancellations are handled per our published policy, and selected plans include a money-back guarantee. Reach out to our team for the details that apply to your enrolment.
