    Yes. On completing the programme you receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning. This is a training course, so there is no separate external credential or examination attached to it.

    Do I need a Jira environment for the training?

    You should have access to a Jira environment during the course. Jira Cloud offers a free trial that is ideal for practice. We will confirm whether a shared training instance is provided or whether you set up your own Jira Cloud trial.

    Can beginners keep up with the practical exercises?

    Yes. The Fundamentals level assumes no prior Jira knowledge and builds skills step by step. Familiarity with basic Agile or project ideas helps but is not required, so newcomers can follow along comfortably.

    Advanced covers custom workflow design with conditions, validators and post-functions, permission, notification, screen and field schemes, custom fields, advanced JQL, dashboards, Jira automation, DevOps integrations and Jira administration including user management and global settings.

    Will I learn JQL and Agile reporting?

    Yes. You will learn to build saved filters and write Jira Query Language to find issues precisely, and to read and interpret Agile reports including velocity, burndown, sprint and cumulative flow, so you can track and communicate delivery health.

    Does the course cover Jira automation and integrations?

    Yes, at the Advanced level. You will build no-code automation rules using triggers, conditions and actions, and connect Jira to Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub and CI/CD tools for end-to-end delivery tracking across your toolchain.
