    What will I be able to do after the Fundamentals level?

    You can build a project in P6, create activities and logic, run the scheduler, read the critical path and float, assign resources, set a baseline, update progress and produce basic reports and layouts.

    What will I be able to do after the Advanced level?

    You can resource-load and cost-load schedules, calculate earned value, compare baselines with Claim Digger, manage multiple projects with cross-project logic, and build custom layouts and reports that export to Excel.

    Course Content

    What topics does Primavera P6 training cover?

    Fundamentals covers the enterprise project structure, activities, relationships, scheduling, the critical path, resources, baselines and progress tracking. Advanced adds resource and cost loading, earned value, baseline management, multi-project control and custom reporting.

    Is the Primavera P6 training hands-on?

    Yes. Both levels are hands-on throughout. You follow the trainer in P6 while completing realistic construction, engineering and capital-project exercises, so you learn by doing rather than by watching slides.

    Does the course cover earned value management?

    Yes, at the Advanced level. You learn to cost-load a schedule and calculate planned value, earned value and actual cost, along with SPI, CPI and estimate at completion, to forecast project performance in P6.

    You receive structured courseware for your chosen level, hands-on exercise scenarios, reference guides and practice activities that reinforce each module and support revision after the training.
