Do You Qualify for the LSSGB Exam?
Skills, Recognition and Earning Power
The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt exam validates your ability to lead process-improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology and core Lean Six Sigma tools. The exam focuses on the Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, and Control phases; process mapping and value stream analysis; basic statistical analysis (descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, control charts); and root-cause analysis techniques. Through a combination of multiple-choice questions, candidates are tested on their ability to apply Lean Six Sigma principles in real-world process-improvement environments.

From Define Through to Control
By the end of the programme you will be able to lead a scoped improvement project end to end, applying the DMAIC method and core Lean and statistical tools to reduce defects, waste and variation in real Zambian workplaces.
The Green Belt curriculum builds skills across all five DMAIC phases. You will learn to scope improvement projects, build a project charter, map processes with SIPOC and capture the voice of the customer, so your effort targets the problems that hurt the business most.
Collect reliable data and quantify how a process really performs. You will apply process mapping, measurement system analysis and baseline metrics such as DPMO, yield and cycle time to size the problem with evidence rather than opinion.
Separate the vital few causes from the trivial many. You will use graphical analysis, hypothesis testing and correlation to confirm what is truly driving defects and variation before spending money on a fix.
Design and test solutions that hold up. You will apply regression, simple and Lean techniques to reduce waste, remove bottlenecks and validate that your changes deliver real, repeatable gains.
Lock in improvements so they last. You will build control plans, apply statistical process control charts and mistake-proofing so processes stay stable long after the project closes.
Use Lean alongside Six Sigma. You will apply 5S, value stream mapping, Kanban and Poka-Yoke to streamline flow and eliminate the seven wastes in real workplace settings.

"In terms of content, all good. But poor time management. Time expected for breaks was never compliant (ie. if teacher said he was taking 10 mins break, it ended up being 20. For 50 mins break, teacher was showing up AT least 10-15 mins late...) Also, during second day I asked one question about a test and teacher seem disappointed for me to ask and gave me a whole speech of me not retaining all information while reading (after hours of exhausted training) also letting me know people who does not focus tend to have Low IQ... Also, having to spend time just waiting for teacher to end notes that I guess it should have been ready already for the lesson (at least, if the teacher is expecting for the alum to memorize and know everything at once) "
"Instructor is well aware of the subject and made the training tailored to my experience. Recommended :) "
"Sathish was very thorough taking us through each session from start to finish, quite informative and I am confident that I will pass the exam."
"Shatish Course pace, explanation, examples were great. Learned new terminologies, he is a great lecturer."
"The instructor is very knowledgeable and shared variety of examples to explain different concepts. The training was tailored to my understanding level which was very helpful. I had plenty of flexibility in break time as well as scheduling these sessions with my medical issues. Very grateful for this training and all the tips and additional materials. Thank you"
"Interactive training, hands-on knowledge and great use of visual tools!"
"It's a good learning experience with Pritesh! He spent time to help me going through both 7th and 8th edition and giving exam tips. Appreciate it!"
""Despite being the sole participant on the day of the course, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the experience. The instructor conducted the session in a remarkably friendly and professional manner, ensuring that the content was perfectly tailored to my individual needs and learning style. The personalized attention I received made the course feel like a one-on-one coaching session, which greatly enhanced my overall learning experience. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking for a flexible and attentive learning environment."
