    The course covers six modules: the history, philosophy and business case for Six Sigma; key concepts and terminology; the DMAIC methodology; Six Sigma roles; an awareness-level introduction to key tools; and Lean Six Sigma in practice.

    How long is the course?

    The programme runs for one day, totalling around 8 hours. It can also be delivered as two half-days. Both formats cover all six modules with concept explanations, case examples and team exercises.

    Will I learn the DMAIC methodology?

    Yes. You gain an awareness-level overview of all five DMAIC phases, Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control, including the tools and deliverables in each phase and how tollgate reviews work.

    What is Lean Six Sigma and is it covered?

    Lean Six Sigma combines Lean waste and flow improvement with Six Sigma variation and defect reduction. The course covers it as the combined modern approach, including how Lean tools complement the DMAIC methodology.
