    How long is the Six Sigma Awareness Training?

    The programme is delivered in one day, totalling eight hours. It can also be arranged as two half-days of four hours each, covering the same content.

    Will I learn about DMAIC and Six Sigma tools?

    Yes. You will cover all five DMAIC phases and get an awareness-level introduction to tools such as SIPOC, fishbone diagrams, Pareto charts, control charts, process capability and Gauge R&R.

    What is Lean Six Sigma and is it covered?

    Lean Six Sigma combines Lean waste elimination with Six Sigma variation reduction. The course explains how the two work together and how Lean tools support the DMAIC methodology.

    What learning materials are provided?

    You receive structured courseware, real-world case study examples and team exercises. The materials support the six modules and help you connect Six Sigma concepts to your own workplace.
