    Course Content

    What will I learn in the Fundamentals level?

    Fundamentals covers project setup and calendars, building a work breakdown structure, task dependencies and the critical path, creating and assigning resources, spotting over-allocation, setting baselines, tracking progress with the Tracking Gantt, and generating built-in reports.

    What does the Advanced level cover?

    Advanced covers task types and advanced scheduling, resource pools and levelling, cost management and Earned Value, custom fields, views and visual reports, master projects with cross-project links, what-if analysis with multiple baselines, and Microsoft 365 integration.

    Is the training hands-on?

    Yes. Both levels are taught with live exercises in Microsoft Project. You follow the trainer through each feature and build the plans yourself using realistic project scenarios, so you leave able to apply the skills immediately.

    How long is each level?

    Fundamentals is 2 days (16 hours total) and Advanced is 3 days (24 hours total). Both are available as full-day sessions or extended half-day formats; ask about current scheduling options.
