    What will I learn in Design for Six Sigma training?

    You will learn the full DMADV roadmap: capturing voice of the customer and the Kano model, translating needs into CTQs, building QFD House of Quality matrices, Pugh concept selection, Design FMEA, robust design and the P-diagram, and design verification, validation and transfer.

    What tools does the course cover?

    The course covers VOC capture, Kano analysis, CTQ flow-down, Quality Function Deployment (House of Quality), the Pugh concept selection matrix, Design FMEA with RPN, Taguchi robust design and the P-diagram, design tolerancing, DFMA and design verification and validation.

    Is the training hands-on?

    Yes. Hands-on exercises run throughout, applying VOC to CTQ flow-down, QFD, the Pugh matrix and Design FMEA to realistic product and process design scenarios, so you practise each tool rather than only hearing about it.

    How long is the course and what format is it in?

    The programme runs for one day (eight hours) and covers all six DMADV phases. It is delivered in online (live virtual), classroom and corporate onsite formats, so you can choose the option that fits your schedule.
