What will I learn in Minitab Essentials Training?

You will learn to navigate Minitab and manage data; produce descriptive statistics and quality graphs; run hypothesis tests such as t-tests, ANOVA and chi-square; build SPC control charts; report process capability with Cp, Cpk, Pp and Ppk; and run regression and Gauge R&R studies.

How long is the training and how is it structured?

The course runs for one day (8 hours) covering six modules, and can also be delivered as two half-day sessions. Every module combines live trainer demonstration with hands-on Minitab exercises on realistic datasets.

Does the course cover statistical process control and capability?

Yes. You build I-MR, Xbar-R, P and C control charts, apply Western Electric rules, and run capability analysis for normal and non-normal data, including the Capability Sixpack report used in Six Sigma project reviews.

Do I need Minitab installed before attending?
