PMI bills the exam separately, for reference around USD 405 for members and USD 555 for non-members; confirm current fees at pmi.org. PMI membership, about USD 139 per year, lowers the exam cost and includes the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition.

What is the passing score for the PMP exam?

PMI uses a psychometrically determined passing score and does not publish a fixed percentage. Results are reported as pass or fail with domain-level feedback of Above Target, Target, Below Target or Needs Improvement, so aim for broad mastery across all domains.

What if I do not pass the exam the first time?

PMI allows up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period, with a reexamination fee for the second and third attempts. Our training includes mock exams and prep support to help you pass with confidence. Talk to an advisor about retake support.

You can sit the exam online through Pearson VUE's OnVUE proctoring from home or office, or at a Pearson VUE test center in the Las Vegas area. Scheduling is done through Pearson VUE or the PMI portal within your eligibility window.

Are practice tests and mock exams provided?

Does the training count toward the 35 contact hours?
