Currently, there is no test for the CAL course in Costa Rica. You can just follow the steps listed below to get CAL certified:

• Register and attend the live CAL certification training delivered by Invensis Learning (Accredited by Scrum Alliance) in Costa Rica
• Utilize the live CAL training hours properly, solve practice questions & learn form case studies
• Submit all the assignments in time and give feedback on the course
• Complete your CAL course successfully and get your official CAL Certificate from Scrum Alliance

Currently, there is no test for Certified Agile Leadership certification in Costa Rica. You just need to complete your Certified Agile Leadership certification course successfully and get your official CAL Certificate from Scrum Alliance in Costa Rica.

Yes. At Invensis Learning, you can opt to take up this CAL course in live-online delivery mode in Costa Rica.

The CAL certification is an introductory, education and practice-based program that generates in Agile leaders awareness of Agile leadership thinking, focus, and behaviors and helps them get started on their agile learning journey in Costa Rica.

As of December 31, 2020, the CAL Credential will no longer be offered and has been replaced by three foundation CAL certifications: CAL Essentials, CAL for Teams and CAL for Organizations. If you currently hold CAL credential, it will be valid without any expiration. If you wish to rebadge your CAL to new certifications in Costa Rica, you may request for one of the following options:

• Option 1: CAL-E, CAL-T, & CAL-O
• Option 2: CAL-E & CAL-T
• Option 3: CAL-E & CAL-O

No. If you already hold CAL credential, it continues to be valid without expiration and does not have any renewal requirements or fees in Costa Rica. However, if you decide to rebadge your CAL to the new certifications, there will be fees and renewal requirements to renew your credentials every two years in Costa Rica.
