Accreditation is a certification provided by governing bodies/exam institutes, which justifies that a service provider is able to comply with the industry standards. Invensis Learning is a PEOPLECERT Accredited Training Organization and a TUV SUD Recognized Education Partner for providing various globally-recognized certification courses.

How do we register for a training course?

The process of registering for a training course remains the same for all three training delivery modes:

  • Either you can buy the course directly through our website for a scheduled public batch or contact our training consultant for more information related to the course, group discounts and on-site training.
  • If you have contacted our training consultant, then he or she will provide you the quote depending on your requirement and the bank credentials for you to make the payment for the course you are interested in.
  • Payment for any of the training modes is usually done through Credit Cards/Debit Cards, International Wire Transfer and through PayPal. Users from India can also pay through DirecPay.
  • After enrollment, you will be asked to provide a copy of any one identification proof (ID Proof) such as Driver’s License, Passport, Voter’s ID, PAN Card or any other document for booking the exam.

About PDUs and Contact Hours

What are PDUs?
Professional Development Units, or PDUs, are measuring units of Project Management Institute that are required to maintain credentials. PDUs quantify approved learning and professional service activities. Each PDU refers to one hour of approved learning.
How do I earn PDUs?
PDUs can be earned by attending courses and seminars. It can also be acquired through e-learning, self-directed learning, community offerings, and by attending appropriate events and programs.
Will I earn PDUs by attending Invensis Learning’s certification courses?
Yes, Invensis Learning awards PDUs for successfully completing our certification courses. Kindly contact our support team to know more about the PDUs given in each course. What is meant by ‘Contact Hours’ in eligibility requirements?
‘Contact Hours’ refer to the number of hours spent by a candidate in receiving instruction. One hour of a classroom session equates to one contact hour. Different certifications have different contact hours requirements in their eligibility criteria.
Will I earn contact hours by attending Invensis Learning’s certification training courses?
Yes, Invensis Learning provides a Contact Hours certificate upon successful completion of a certification training program. Kindly contact our training consultant to learn more about the contact hours earned in each course.

About Certification Exam

In what format is the certification exam conducted?
If you have attended an instructor-led classroom training program, the paper-based exam will be held during your training. If you attended an instructor-led live online training program or an e-learning program with exam fee included, you will have to take an online web proctored exam, within the validity period of the exam voucher. For PMI courses, you will have to take the certification exams at a Prometric center.
What is an online web proctored exam?
When you are taking an online exam, you will be invigilated through the web cam of your computer for the entirety of the exam duration. Also you will be allowed to use only the official manual for the respective course for which you are taking the online exam and will not be permitted to access any other reference material.
Will I be allowed to try a practice test before registering for Invensis Learning’s courses?
Yes, you are allowed to try our practice tests before registering for an Invensis Learning certification course. For more information, contact support@invensislearning.com.
What is the validity of the exam voucher for live online training session?
The validity of the exam voucher for live online training program varies for different courses. For more information on this, please contact support@invensislearning.com.
When will I get my exam pass certificate?
If you undertake classroom training, a hard copy of exam pass certification will be provided after 4-6 weeks from the date of examination. If you undertake either instructor-led live online training or e-learning, then you will be provided only the soft copy of the exam pass certification in 8-10 business days. For online training modes, on special request with additional charge, you will receive the hard copy certificate in about 4-6 weeks from the date of examination.
Do I take the certification examination as part of the training program?
You can take the certification examination as part of the training program for some courses offered by Invensis Learning. Kindly contact our training consultant for more details.

About Live Online Training

What are the minimum system requirements to attend instructor-led live online training?
  • Laptop or Personal Computer
  • Any Operating System like Windows, Mac, or Linux
  • Speakers, microphones and headsets
  • Rights to install software and plug-ins
  • Access to webcam
  • High speed internet connection (at least 1Mbps)
  • 512 MB RAM
  • Some free space of at least 50 MB
What applications do I need to install to be able to attend Invensis Learning’s live online training sessions?
You can attend Invensis Learning’s live online training sessions by installing free software called Citrix GoToMeeting.
Will I be provided an online training guide for my live online training sessions?
Yes, you will be provided an instructor-led live online training guide once you register for any of the live online training programs. The instructor-led live online training guide will give you all the necessary information, which includes:
  • How to install Citrix GoToMeeting
  • How to use Citrix GoToMeeting
  • How to create username and password
  • Minimum system requirements for live online training
  • FAQs about instructor-led live online training and many more
When will I receive course materials for classroom and live online training sessions?
You will receive the course materials for classroom and live online training sessions as soon as you make the payment for the respective course that you have opted for.
What do I do if I am unable to access a live online training session?
Please contact our training consultant immediately if you are unable to access the live online training session.

About Classroom Training

Where will the classroom training be conducted?
Our training venue is finalized a week before the scheduled training program. You will be sent an email upon finalization of the venue.
Can I change the city and date after enrolling for any classroom training program?
Yes, you can change the city and date after enrolling for any classroom training. You will not be able to change the country for which you enrolled. There will be rescheduling fee charges included. For more information, kindly go through our Rescheduling Policy.
Does Invensis Learning manage the exam application process?
Yes, we take care of the exam application process for certain courses. For other courses, the candidate has to complete the application process and we provide assistance and guidance if required. For more information, please mail support@invensislearning.com
Does the course fee include the examination fee as well?
The examination fee is included in the certification course package for a few of our certification training programs. Kindly contact support@invensislearning.com for more information.

About Payment Methods

What do I do when the payment window closes soon after making payment, without any redirection or notification? Is my payment accepted in such situations?
Yes, it is accepted provided you justify the payment along with bank statements.
Is my payment secure? What are the modes of payment?
All the transactions you make on Invensis Learning are encrypted to highest global standards, thus ensuring 100% security. We accept secure payments through International Wire Transfer, via PayPal invoice where you can pay through Credit Cards and Debit Cards, and users from India can pay via DirecPay through Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Netbanking.
Will I get a confirmation receipt after making payment for enrolled course?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation receipt after making payment for the enrolled course.
Are there any group/corporate discounts for classroom/live online training programs?
Yes, we do offer attractive group/corporate discounts for 3 or more participants. Kindly get in touch with our training consultant for more information.
Can I cancel my enrollment? Do I get a refund?
Yes, you can cancel your enrollment before the training program. We refund your payment after deducting the administrative charges towards the particular training program. To know more, kindly go through our Refund Policy
