Should I take Fundamentals or Advanced?

Does the training cover earned value management?

Yes, at the Advanced level. You learn how P6 generates BCWS, BCWP and ACWP from a cost-loaded, baselined schedule, and how to calculate and report SPI, CPI, SV, CV, EAC and TCPI for project performance reporting.

Is the training hands-on?

Yes. Every feature is demonstrated live by the trainer and then practised by you in P6 using realistic project scenarios. The focus is on building practical proficiency you can apply immediately at work.
