    General

Is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification worth it?

Yes. It is a globally recognised, two-level qualification that proves you can manage the people side of organisational change, a skill in growing demand across Indore's IT, pharmaceutical and manufacturing employers. Certified change professionals move into change manager, OD and transformation roles that command strong salary bands.

What is Change Management Foundation and Practitioner?

It is a combined qualification aligned to the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK). Foundation validates your knowledge of change management concepts and models, while Practitioner validates your ability to apply them to real organisational change scenarios. You earn two separate credentials.

Who should take this course in Indore?

It suits project managers, HR and OD practitioners, transformation leads, consultants and senior leaders who sponsor or deliver change. With Indore's IT, pharma and manufacturing sectors running major transformation programmes, it fits anyone who needs to lead people through change.

What change management models does the syllabus cover?

The syllabus covers a broad range of models including ADKAR, Bridges' Transition Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model, McKinsey 7-S, Schein's culture model, Goleman's emotional intelligence, and Cialdini's principles of influence, across five topic areas.

Are there prerequisites for the Foundation level?

No. Change Management Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all, regardless of education, experience or prior change knowledge. The Practitioner exam requires the Foundation certification first, and the combined programme covers both in sequence.

    Pricing

What is included in the course fee?

The training fee typically includes CMBoK-aligned courseware, case studies, practice questions and mock exams, both exam vouchers where applicable, and learner support. It prepares you for both the Foundation and Practitioner exams in one 40-hour programme. Request a quote for the current inclusions.

    Exam

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice paper with 50 single-answer questions to complete in 40 minutes. The pass mark is 50 percent, which is 25 out of 50 correct. It is delivered by online proctoring or at an authorised test centre.

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam is open book, with the Change Management Practitioner Guide permitted. It has 5 scenario-based sections worth 16 marks each, 80 marks in total, over 2.5 hours. The pass mark is 50 percent, which is 40 out of 80 marks.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam, but the scenario sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep understanding of the models are both essential, and the training builds both.

How many exams are there in the combined programme?

There are two separate exams: the closed-book Foundation exam and the open-book, scenario-based Practitioner exam. You must sit and pass both to hold both credentials. The combined 40-hour programme prepares you for each in sequence.

What happens if I do not pass an exam the first time?

You can re-sit the exam you did not pass. Re-sit policies and any fees vary by channel, so we will guide you on the process and confirm the current terms. Our mock exams and trainer support are designed to help you pass on your first attempt.
