Course Content

What topics does the CSM training cover?

The training covers six areas from the Scrum Alliance CSM Learning Objectives: Scrum theory and principles, the five Scrum values, the Scrum team, Scrum events, Scrum artifacts, and the Scrum Master role. It also includes facilitation and coaching practice.

Can a beginner take the CSM course?

Yes. The CSM has no prerequisites and is designed for professionals new to Scrum as well as those formalizing existing experience. The trainer builds concepts from the ground up, so no prior Scrum knowledge is required.

How long is the CSM training?
