What Is the Certified ScrumMaster Certification?UntitledYour Entry into Agile Delivery

The Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is Scrum Alliance's entry-level Scrum Master certification, validating your grasp of the Scrum framework, the Scrum Master role, and the values that make Scrum teams effective. CSM certification training in San Diego gives working professionals a structured, instructor-led route to that credential and the servant-leadership skills employers want. The course is aligned to the Scrum Alliance CSM Learning Objectives and to the November 2020 Scrum Guide by Ken Schwaber and Jeff Sutherland, the current edition of the framework's defining standard. Over 16 hours of live training you cover Scrum theory and empiricism, the five Scrum values, the Scrum Team, all five Scrum events, the three artifacts, and the Scrum Master role, then complete the 50-question online exam through the Scrum Alliance portal. San Diego's software, biotech, defense, and fintech employers run delivery in agile sprints, so a recognized Scrum Master credential opens real doors here. Whether you are moving into the Scrum Master role or formalizing years of team experience, start your CSM journey with Invensis Learning.

Invensis Learning is aligned with Scrum Alliance to provide CSM certification in San Diego. The training is delivered by Certified Scrum Trainers (CST) using official Scrum Alliance courseware and the CSM Learning Objectives.
