The Quality Control Manager’s job role involves supervising the staff and product development process to ensure that the product developed meets quality standards, efficiency standards, and customer satisfaction as well.

  • Hire and trains the quality control personnel to assure effective performance throughout the production process.

Educational Requirements and Experience 

Though Quality Control Manager job role is widely open to all graduates, having a degree in a relevant field is an added advantage. 

  • A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or science.
  • Having knowledge and ample experience in business administration is advantageous.
  • Experience in devising and reviewing project plans, documents, and specifications.
